Alexrims is a specialized manufacturer of aluminum products located in Taiwan for more than 20 years. In 2005, we successfully diversified into production of forged aluminum alloy wheels with higher technical threshold.
By adopting self-developed alloy materials, Alexrims develops and makes high-quality forged alloy wheels with integrated production processes in-house, while adopts the most stringent testing and inspection standards, for global automotive OEMs. Our forged alloy wheels are lighter than steel or cast aluminum counterparts, bringing you the best fuel economy and driving comfort.
The alloy material is the key element in producing hi-quality forged aluminum wheels. For more than 20 years, we have been continuously researching and refining aluminum alloys, trying to use the best combination of alloy materials to build our forged wheels. We have been investing intensively in in-house furnaces, advanced equipment, and most advanced test lab, so as to develop and produce the best materials fitting to different types of products.
In addition, we have built a modern, advanced, and integrated production system under one roof for making the best forged wheels, comprising hydraulic forging (up to 12,000 ton), spinning, CNC machining, polishing lines, among others.
To achieve the best-possible quality level, Alexrims controls and inspects every process, from raw-material to manufacturing. Most stringent standards, including dimensional inspections, FEM analysis, as well as impact, cornering and radial fatigue tests are in place to assure the best quality and precision level of our wheels. Alexrims has been approved by major international quality standards, including:
IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001 (pending); while our testing lab has been accredited by Japan Light Alloy Automotive Wheel Testing Council (VIA), representing our reliability and trustworthiness.
